Omkar Chitale

Omkar Chitale is a Law & Policy Design Manager at the Australian Taxation Office since February 2020, having previously held roles as a Lawyer, Law and Policy Design Officer, and Law Design & Practice Graduate. In addition to this role, Omkar has been a volunteer with Multiple Sclerosis Ltd since December 2016, focusing on the needs of vulnerable individuals in the Aged Care division. Previous experience includes customer service supervision at Woolworths Supermarkets from May 2011 to August 2019, directing events for the Melbourne China Law Society, auditing services as a Community Visitor for the Office of The Public Advocate, and interning at Victoria Legal Aid. Omkar holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
