Olesia Kulyk

Olesia Kulyk is an experienced customer service representative at Austrian Airlines, where responsibilities include resolving customer issues, assisting with service selection and credit transactions, managing reservations, and maintaining data confidentiality since March 2018. Previous experience includes an internship at ABB, focusing on information collection and online media monitoring in July 2016, as well as an internship at NGO Samopomich, where media monitoring and press release writing were key tasks from June to November 2013.
