Yurii Lutchyn

Yurii Lutchyn has extensive experience in customer support and legal roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Support Representative at Austrian Airlines since April 2018, Yurii addresses passenger complaints in accordance with European Union air transport legislation and manages customer feedback in line with company policy. Previous positions include Operator at Нова Пошта, Officer at Пустомитівсько-Городоцький ОРВК, and Chief State Tax Inspector at the Пустомитівський District State Tax Inspection, where responsibilities encompassed legal advisory, preparation of procedural documents, and oversight of correspondence. Beginning a career as a Legal Assistant at ПП "Центр ринкових досліджень," Yurii contributed to contract drafting and legal clarifications in urban planning and land legislation. Yurii holds a Master’s degree in Law from Львівський національний університет імені Івана Франка.
