Enterprise Business Development Executive at Autenti

Karina Skrzypczak-Siemieniuk has extensive work experience in business development and sales roles. From March 2022 onwards, they serve as a Business Development Executive for the Enterprise Team at Autenti.com. In the same month, they also became a Member of the Management Board at Daleto Solutions.

Prior to their current positions, Karina held the role of Business Development Director at CONTMAN from February 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at the same company from August 2018 to February 2020. Karina Skrzypczak-Siemieniuk completed their education in two different institutions. From 1998 to 2003, they attended Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they obtained a degree in Magister kulturoznawstwa with a field of study in Kulturoznawstwo. Later, in 2012 and 2013, they enrolled at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań for Podyplomowe Studia Mediacje i Negocjacje, specializing in Mediacje i Negocjacje.

Moreover, they have acquired several additional certifications. In 2013, they obtained the Prince 2 Foundation certification. In 2015, they became a certified sales trainer through the Certyfikowany Trener Sprzedaży program offered by Akademia Trenera Sprzedaży | Development Partners.

Recently, in 2022, Karina Skrzypczak-Siemieniuk obtained multiple certifications from Customer Centric Selling Poland. Karina completed training in CCS® Prospecting and New Business Development, CCS® Unique Value Proposition, and CustomerCentric Selling®.
