Jay Harrell

Jay Harrell has over 25 years of work experience in the engineering field. Jay began their career in 1996 as an Associate Engineer at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. In 1999, they moved to Dynetics, Inc. where they served as a Senior Principal Engineer. In 2013, they began working at IDEMIA, where they held the roles of Director of Software Engineering, Technical Program Manager, Deputy Chief Engineer, and Principal Software Engineer. In 2022, they began working at AuthenticID as a Senior ML Engineer.

Jay Harrell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1991 and 1996. Jay then went on to obtain a Masters of Science (MS) in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University between 1997 and 1999. In October 2020, they obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Additionally, in March 2022, they obtained an AWS SageMaker Practical for Beginners certification from Udemy.
