Madison Jones

Madison Jones has four years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as an Insights Analyst at Authenticx. In 2020, they were a Social Media Copywriter at Emphatic.co, where they wrote engaging and eye-catching content for various businesses social media platforms such as twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and met every social media post deadline in a timely fashion. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Pool Teller at Indiana Members Credit Union, where they accurately processed member's cash, check, transfer, IRA, and wire transactions with a balanced drawer, greeted and guided customers with a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner, and assisted coworkers and managers with administrative and branch responsibilities. During 2018, they were also a Videographer & Photographer at Ball State University, where they filmed team practices for the Ball State Football team and photographed practices, players, and coaches for social media & PR usage.

Madison Jones attended Cathedral High School from 2011 to 2015. Madison then went on to Ball State University, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications: Video Production. In May 2019, they obtained a Google Analytics certification from Google, and a Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot.
