Shaila K.

Shaila K. has a diverse range of work experience. Shaila is currently working as a Sales Marketing Manager at Authentix since April 2022. Prior to that, they were associated with Strategic IP Information (SIPI IP) from 2018. At SIPI IP, they held multiple roles including Business Development Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Operations Manager. In their role as the HR Operations Manager, they were responsible for various recruitment strategies, employee retention programs, and implementing a performance appraisal system.

Before joining SIPI IP, Shaila worked as a Recruitment Associate at Transition HRD Consultants from October 2017 to March 2018. Shaila formulated job descriptions and conducted sourcing, screening, and assessment activities for recruitment purposes.

Additionally, Shaila has also worked as a Summer Research Analyst at Aspiring Minds in 2016 and as a Marketing Intern at Village Ways Limited in 2015 and Neemrana Hotels in 2014.

Shaila K. completed their education at the University of Toronto, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Psychology from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Vasant Valley School from 2000 to 2012 and completed their high school education. At Vasant Valley School, they studied subjects such as Psychology, Economics, Political Science, and Business Studies.

Additionally, Shaila K. holds a certification in CHRP from SHRM, which was obtained in November 2020.
