George Nedeff has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. George started their career as an Assistant Manager of Athletic Facilities at West Virginia University, where they handled event operations and crowd control for various sports events. George then worked as a Direct Sales Representative at Century Communications, where they excelled in sales and expanding territories.
Moving into the publishing industry, George joined Pearson North America as an Editor, managing multiple book titles and hiring freelance editors. George later transitioned to Ivy Tech Community College as an Adjunct English Instructor, where they taught various styles of expository writing and received recognition as one of the highest-rated instructors.
In 2007, George launched their own freelance editorial and technical editing business called IndieScript. Not only did they manage and execute editorial services for major traditional publishing projects, but they also achieved a personal revenue goal of 100K.
George's career then led him to Author Solutions, LLC, where they took on multiple roles. Initially, they served as an Editorial Consultant, directly selling editorial services to clients and providing recommendations on manuscript quality. George then became a Corporate Learning Instructor, specializing in sales training, product knowledge, and sales pedagogy. Finally, they took on the role of Lead Corporate Learning Instructor and Sales and Business Content Developer, teaching people how to consult and think well, with a focus on improving writing skills and sharing knowledge for human progress.
George Nedeff attended the Indiana University Bloomington from 1988 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English and Education, with a minor in Speech Communications and Theater. George then pursued a Masters degree in English and Secondary Education at the West Virginia University from 1994 to 1996.
