Ravi Kasinathan

Ravi Kasinathan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, customer service, and inclusion. Currently serving as an Inclusion Specialist at Autism Initiatives since November 2019, Kasinathan previously worked at Bupa as a Member Services Representative and at Brewers as a Sales Assistant. Kasinathan has a unique experience as a TV extra on The Vikings for two seasons and was self-employed as a musician and guitar teacher from 2013 to 2015. Prior roles include Senior Teaching Assistant at Marjory Kinnon Special School, where Kasinathan focused on working with children on the autistic spectrum, and Elementary School Teacher at Town Farm Primary School. An early career included roles at Bupa Health Insurance, both as a Call Agent and Claims Advisor. Academic credentials include a BSc in Psychology with a Sociology minor from the University of Surrey, a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from Kingston University, and NCFE Level 3 counselling qualifications from Kingston College.
