Caity Connolly

Director, Nationwide Special Events Program at Autism Speaks

Caity Connolly's work experience begins in 2008 as a Human Resources Intern at L'Occitane en Provence, where they performed recruiting functions and managed wage and salary expenses. In 2009, they worked as a Substitute Teacher at the Plainedge School District. From 2009 to 2012, they held various roles at the American Liver Foundation, including Campaign Manager and Administrative Assistant. Here, they administered activities for the ALF Run for Research Team and managed finances and events. Starting in 2012, they worked at the Muscular Dystrophy Association as an Associate Director of Business Development and later as the Director of Business Development, leading fundraising teams and overseeing distinguished events. In 2017, they became the Senior Director of Development-Corporate Relations at Special Olympics. Lastly, in 2018, they joined Autism Speaks as the Director of Signature Events and later the Director of the Nationwide Special Events Program.

Caity Connolly attended St. Anthony's High School from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they studied at Boston College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development with a focus on Human Resources and Elementary Education.
