Lynn Fauls Happel

Lynn Fauls Happel has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in finance and information technology. Lynn started their career at Springer Science+Business Media as a Divisional Controller in 1991 and stayed with the company for 13 years. In 2004, they joined Wenner Media as the Controller and Director of Financial Operations. In 2013, they became the General Manager at MFX2, LLC before joining Autism Speaks in 2014. At Autism Speaks, they initially served as the Director of Finance and Data Services, then became the Vice President of Finance, and eventually worked their way up to the Senior Vice President of Information Technology & Data Support. Lynn Fauls Happel has a strong background in finance and has also gained experience in managing IT and data support teams.

Lynn Fauls Happel holds a BBA in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Lynn also has an MBA in Finance from Montclair State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations from LinkedIn in 2019.
