Henry Webster

Henry Webster is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in community housing support services. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Autism West Midlands since January 2023, Henry previously held the same title at P3 - People Potential Possibilities from February 2017 to October 2022, where operational responsibilities included developing performance standards and implementing procedural changes. Henry's extensive experience also includes roles at Rethink Mental Illness, where responsibilities encompassed market analysis and business development, as well as managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships in various capacities. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from the University of Humberside and earlier studies at Mid Warwickshire College.
