At Auto Trader UK since January 2012, Emma has progressed through various positions, including Core Services Manager and Core Services Team Leader, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise. Prior to this, Emma served as Team Leader at Academy Leasing for a year and as a Collections Specialist at Black Horse Finance, gaining valuable skills in team management and customer support.
