Jacky Timmings has a vast work experience in customer relations and services management. Jacky started their career in 1979 at Alliance & Leicester PLC, where they held the position of Senior Sales & Customer Services Manager for over 30 years. In this role, they were responsible for managing operational teams and overseeing sales, customer service, account management, credit control, and employee satisfaction. Jacky also took charge of various tactical projects. Then, they moved to Alliance & Leicester as a Senior Manager and later as a Customer Services Manager, where they led and managed diverse teams across multiple locations. During their time there, they focused on improving service delivery and increasing income through cross-sales generation. In 2010, they joined On The Beach Ltd as a Customer Services Manager. Finally, in 2012, they joined Auto Trader UK as Head of Customer Services and was later promoted to Head of Customer Relations in 2014.
Jacky Timmings attended St Augustines RC school for girls from 1974 to 1979. Jacky completed their GCSE and studied CSE and BTEC General Business Studies.
