Katrina Neary is a seasoned professional in people analytics with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior People Analyst at Auto Trader UK since May 2016, Katrina has also held the position of People Operations Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, Katrina worked at Swinton Insurance as a Real Time Resource Analyst and began their career at Sainsbury's, where roles included Data Administrator and HR Administrator.
