Rick Bentson is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing call center operations and customer relations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at AutoAccessoriesGarage.com since March 2010, Rick has successfully enhanced call center operations to meet performance metrics. Prior roles at Quiznos included Director of Operations Development, where Rick developed operating processes for new product launches, and Director of Delivery Field Support, implementing training programs for delivery services across nearly 2,000 restaurants. Rick's career began at JC Whitney & Co., where significant contributions included designing E-commerce navigation architecture and improving customer inquiry handling, ultimately driving sales growth. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
