Dinara Nam, MSE, is a highly experienced professional with a background in business analysis, project coordination, client relationship management, and customer service team management. With a strong educational foundation in management science and engineering, business administration, and Chinese language courses, Dinara has demonstrated expertise in leading implementations and enhancements within various industries. Notably, Dinara's responsibilities have included requirements gathering, analysis, validation, oversight of project operations, and development of business strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction rates.
