Dale McGaffey

Dale McGaffey currently serves as a Sales/Plant Scheduler at Autocar Trucks since October 2022, while also holding the position of Operations Manager at Autocar Truck since April 2010. Previous experience includes serving as Operations Unit Manager at Daimler Trucks North America from January 2003 to January 2010, overseeing Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery in the department. Additionally, McGaffey worked as Material Control Manager, managing inbound and outbound freight for the plant and offsite warehouses, supervising approximately 150 team members across three shifts. McGaffey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Production and Management, Field Crops and Livestock from Ridgetown College of Agricultural Technology.
