Ashar K.

Ashar K. is an experienced professional in the field of people analytics and human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of People Insights at Autodesk since February 2022. Previously, Ashar held the position of Senior Vice President of People Analytics & Solutions at GIC from June 2019 to March 2022, and served as the Director and Global Head of People Analytics at The Kraft Heinz Company from September 2016 to June 2019, where Ashar founded the people analytics function and led change management initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Google, PwC, and Towers Watson, focusing on performance analytics, compensation, and actuarial analysis. Ashar holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
