Caitlin Silverstein

Caitlin Silverstein is an experienced professional in design thinking and program development, currently serving as Practice Lead at Autodesk since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at LUMA Institute, where Caitlin held positions as Group Program Director and Senior Program Director from October 2015 to January 2022, and at Continuum, where responsibilities included Senior Associate in Program Development, Manager of Design Education, and Program Development Associate from January 2009 to September 2015. Earlier career experience features an Account Executive role at Shark Communications and various internships. Caitlin holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and has a strong commitment to collaborating with organizations to foster innovation and impactful development.
