Pascal di Fronzo

Pascal Di Fronzo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and governance. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Autodesk, Pascal has held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Vice President at the same company. Additionally, Pascal contributes to the industry as a member of the Board of Directors for both BSA | The Software Alliance and the Autodesk Foundation. Previously, Pascal worked as a Senior Associate at Troutman Pepper and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Pascal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UCLA and furthered legal education at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
