Agnieszka Matusiak

Agnieszka Matusiak has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Agnieszka started their career in 2015 at Novelty Consulting as a Researcher for three months. Agnieszka then worked at Simplicity Recruitment as a Researcher focused on IT and new technologies for six months. In 2015, they joined Michael Page and held several positions, including Technical Recruiter, IT Recruitment Consultant, and Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, spanning from 2015 to 2019. At Nielsen, they served as the EMEA Senior Talent Expert for five months in 2019 and later became the EMEA IT Recruitment Lead for two years. In 2021, Agnieszka moved on to Zalando SE as a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager in the CTO Organization for one year. Currently, they are with AUTODOC, where they initially held the role of Recruitment Manager/Business Partner and is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Agnieszka Matusiak obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw between 2011 and 2016. Agnieszka also pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Mindfulness & Compassion at Uniwersytet SWPS, the start and end years of which are not provided.
