Angelina Rodrigues has a diverse work experience across various industries. Angelina started their career in 2012 at Galeria Artes do Imaginário Brasileiro, where they worked in customer service and sales until January 2015. In 2016, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Armazem de Construção Santana. From 2018 to 2019, they gained experience in customer service and hospitality at ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget, where they handled customer interactions, resolved issues, and trained new employees. In 2019, they joined Innova Travel as a Sales and Contracts Assistant until December of the same year. From 2019 to 2021, Angelina worked as an Administrative Supervisor at Coworking PROGRESS WORKSPACE, where they focused on customer success, experience, and financial analysis. Angelina later joined Bernhoeft in 2021 as a Customer Success Analyst, responsible for implementing and structuring customer success and customer experience strategies. Currently, Angelina is working at AutoForce as an Analyst in Customer Success.

Angelina Rodrigues has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Católica. Angelina also studied Tourism Management at Instituto Federal de Pernambuco and completed an advanced Spanish language course at Consulado da Venezuela. In addition to their academic qualifications, Angelina has obtained several certifications in various fields, including data analysis, human resources, customer success, payroll calculation, leadership, and logistics.
