Chung Kim

Chung Kim has a diverse work experience. From 2013 to present, Chung has been employed by Autofusion, where they have served as QA Manager, SEM/Jr. Paid Search Manager, and QA/Data Entry Specialist. In these roles, Chung has implemented new quality assurance and customer service standards, monitored staff organization and suggested improvements to daily functionality, established and tracked quality department goals and objectives, maximized strategic approaches by keeping close eye on performance and making appropriate adjustments, managed and analyzed search data in Google Analytics to determine product performance and researched strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings for customer websites, conducted keyword research based on census and industry data in order to optimize local SEO rankings, detected and circumvented functional and visual flaws associated with over 300 individual client websites and software applications to ensure quality management and adherence to manufacturer compliance, executed data verification to detect errors, and compiled information and input into database. From 2009 to 2013, Chung was employed by the San Diego Unified School District as a High School Badminton Coach, where they educated high school students of sportsmanship, integrity, and determination through the use of sports, originated and followed a curriculum that conjugates with the pillars of physical education, and created skill-level specific practice regimens and implemented them on over 40 students per year.

Chung Kim received a High School Diploma from Madison High School in 2006, and a BA in Psychology from UC San Diego in 2011.
