Rob Hill

Rob Hill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Chief Executive Officer & Co-Chairman at Autogroup International since January 2020, Rob leads operations in Sri Lanka and Australia, focusing on luxury vehicle conversions and special purpose vehicles. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at i-nexus, where Rob oversaw global growth following an IPO, and Senior Leadership in HCM at SAP, leading digital HR transformation initiatives. With a strong background in HR and payroll solutions from roles at NGA Human Resources and NorthgateArinso, Rob's career also includes significant contributions to the development of community-owned renewable energy projects with Hepburn Wind. Rob holds a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University, complementing a rich history of leadership in both corporate and community-focused endeavors.
