Prior to joining AutoLabs.io, Inna worked at Hutton Consulting LLC as a SimCorp Dimension Management Consultant and Project Manager.

Inna also has extensive experience at SimCorp, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Project Manager, they led project planning, budgeting, and costing estimation. Inna established processes for iterative and incremental development and led change management processes. In their role as a Senior Manager, they built and led Accounting and Fund Accounting teams focused on delivering best practices. Inna fostered a culture of motivation, extreme ownership, accountability, and respect to ensure cohesive top-performing teams. Inna also effectively led cross-functional teams from a business and operational perspective. As a Project Manager, Inna chaired project steering committee meetings, managed diverse cross-functional teams, and negotiated decisions to ensure successful project delivery. In their role as a Senior Business Consultant, they established processes for defect detection and resolution, provided support for user acceptance testing, and conducted business end-user training. As the Accounting and Fund Accounting domain representative for Simcorp North America, they led a team of accounting experts and optimized workflow processes for clients. As a Business Consultant, they conducted analysis workshops, managed client requirements, and delivered accounting and fund accounting configuration.

Inna Hutton, PMP, CSM, has a diverse education history. Inna obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics & Business Engineering from Ghent University in 2008. Inna then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Economics: Business Engineering & Operations Management from the same university, completing it in 2010.

Inna also has a strong interest in languages and cultures, earning a Bachelor's degree in East European Languages and Cultures, with a focus on Russian, from Ghent University in 2009.

In 2013, they attended Case Western Reserve University for a short-term program called "Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence," focusing on the field of Organizational Behavior and Cognitive Science.

In addition to their academic achievements, Inna Hutton has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2017, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Inna further expanded their expertise in project management by obtaining the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2018.
