Martyn Loukes Bem

Martyn Loukes BEM is an accomplished change and communications professional with extensive experience in leading transformation initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Change and Communications at Autoliv, Martyn directs the strategic implementation of Finance Transformation and RDE projects in a complex global environment. Previous roles include Change Management Consultant at Chaucer, where Martyn facilitated a major relocation project for a FTSE 100 aerospace manufacturer, and Change and Communications Manager for Haringey Council's FOBO programme. As a self-employed consultant, Martyn provided change management strategies for clients including the English Speaking Union and worked extensively in change management and project management at Transport for London, overseeing numerous initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency.
