Per Tillman, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Since August 2015, Per has served as VP of Talent Management at Autoliv, where responsibilities include overseeing performance management, succession management, leadership development, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and employer branding on a global scale. Prior to this role, Per was a Senior Partner and Head of Leadership and Talent Consulting for Korn Ferry and PDI Ninth House, contributing significantly to business development and HR strategies in the Nordic market. Per holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, as well as a BA in Psychology and Public Relations from the University of North Florida.
