David De Graaf

Dave de Graaf is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as Regional Manager and Project Engineer at Automate-X since June 2023. Previously, Dave held the position of Operations Manager at Live for More from January 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included providing surf therapy to vulnerable youth in Tauranga. From October 2017 to January 2020, Dave worked as Production Manager at Robotics Plus Ltd, overseeing the production team and managing partnerships for robotic equipment. Earlier experience includes serving as Automation Engineer at Control Electronics from March 2014 to August 2017, focusing on control systems for hydro power stations, and as Engineering Officer in the Royal New Zealand Air Force from January 2006 to March 2014, where a variety of technical and leadership roles were completed. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from The University of Auckland.
