Matt Riker

Matt Riker is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in leading business development and client engagement across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Automation Anywhere since June 2019, Matt focuses on driving growth in Robotic Process Automation and AI solutions. Previously, as Vice President Automotive at Tech Mahindra, responsibilities included overseeing business development and client needs assessment. Matt also held key positions such as VP of New Client Engagement at SourceHOV and EXL, and Director of Sales at Wipro BPS. Matt began career progression as a Sales Executive at Ambrose International and HOV Services, following a Bachelor of Science in Business from Oakland University and completion of Sales Qualification Methodology at MEDDIC Academy.
