Nisha Patel

Nisha Patel is an accomplished marketing and customer advocacy professional with extensive experience in leading customer advocacy strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Advocacy at Automation Anywhere, Nisha is responsible for the company's Customer Advocacy vision and strategy. Prior roles include Global Head of Customer Advocacy at the same company, and independent consulting positions focusing on customer advocacy and solutions marketing. Previous experience at Broadcom Inc. and CA Technologies involved building customer marketing initiatives and programs to enhance customer engagement and support sales. Nisha holds an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Economics/International Business from The University of Southern Mississippi.
