Robert Barson

Robert Barson has worked in the engineering industry since 1981. Robert began their career at Integrated Systems Engineering Inc. as VP Engineering/Chief Engineer, where they enabled greater than 300% company growth in four years. Robert then moved to Trans-Lux Sports as Vice President of Engineering/Chief Engineer in 1995. In 2004, they were Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer at Barco Media & Entertainment, where they accelerated the company from $0 to $45M in three years by leading market analysis and product development for the global large scale display markets. In 2006, Robert became President/Principal Engineer at VisualTec Imaging LLC, where they managed P&L and directed daily and strategic company financial, sales, product management, product design and development, project engineering and operations, and global sourcing and procurement activities. In 2008, they were Program Manager/Executive Director at the Center for Active Sensing and Imaging (CASI), where they successfully managed a $2M annual budget and increased annual proposals nearly 4X. In 2011, they were Director of Engineering at Boomerang Systems Inc., where they directed and managed the strategic development of the RoboticValet product line and successfully developed and launched the RoboticValet equipment set. Since 2015, Robert has been Engineering Manager at APG - Automation Products Group, Inc.

Robert Barson received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University.
