David Wagner

David Wagner has over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry. David is currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Science at automotiveMastermind Inc. Since joining in May 2021, David has been responsible for leading data science initiatives. Prior to this role, they worked at J.D. Power as the Sr. Director of Analytics from December 2010 to May 2021. During their tenure, they played a key role in overseeing analytics projects. David's career in the industry began at Automotive Lease Guide (ALG) in 2003, where they held the position of Senior Manager of Forecasting until November 2010. In this role, they focused on forecasting market trends and providing insights for the automotive market. David Wagner completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Economics at UC Santa Barbara, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003.
