Kiefer Lobb is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, project management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Escalation at automotiveMastermind Inc., Kiefer collaborates cross-functionally to address dealer partner inquiries and improve experiences within the predictive analytics SaaS platform. As the Owner of Toothless Threads, Kiefer founded a hockey-inspired apparel company focused on customized fan merchandise. Previous roles include Dealer Development Project Manager at BMW of North America, Regional Sales Manager at GeneID Lab, and various positions in sales and customer service.
