Maggie Bacon has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as a server at The Corner Room and later at Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar. In 2018, they worked as a Student Organization Intern at Penn State University, where they planned events and conducted outreach meetings with student organizations. In 2019, Maggie served as a Communications Committee Member for Penn State THON, actively promoting the organization's mission and assisting in fundraising events. Maggie also worked as a Marketing and Communications Intern at the Student Engagement Network at Penn State, where they created social media content and assisted with presentations. Maggie joined Connekt Worldwide in 2020 as an Account Manager before transitioning to various roles at ZoomInfo, including Outbound Sales Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Team Lead, and Manager of Global Sales Development. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Automox as the Manager of Enterprise Sales Development, responsible for overseeing the company's cyber hygiene platform.

Maggie Bacon earned their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University, from 2017 to 2020, focusing on the field of Psychology. In February 2022, they also obtained the certification of Outreach Manager Specialist from Outreach.
