Rob Meder is an accomplished automotive professional with extensive experience in customer care and field operations. Since May 1998, Rob has served as Vice President of Customer Care - Field Operations at AutoNation Inc., overseeing service, parts, collision, digital initiatives, and training. Prior to this role, Rob was Corporate Senior Director of Customer Care - National Field Operations, collaborating with various retail operations leaders across the nation. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Service & Parts, managing operations at automotive dealerships in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, and Seattle/Bellevue. Before joining AutoNation, Rob worked as Service Manager at Smythe Buick Pontiac GMC from October 1980 to April 1998.
