Tim Costume

Tim Costume is an experienced professional with a diverse background in benefits management and real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Workers’ Compensation Analyst at AutoNation since August 2021, Tim also holds a position as a Licensed Realtor with CENTURY 21® since May 2018. Previously, Tim worked at The Hartford as an STD/LOA Benefit Manager from August 2017 to August 2021 and at Aetna as a Leave Coordinator from June 2014 to August 2017. Tim earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, completing the program between 2008 and 2013.
