Dris Bouarfa

Dris Bouarfa has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Dris started their career in 1990 at Rieter as the Head of Development Laboratory-R&D until 1998. Dris then moved on to Rieter France where they served as the Head of Supplier Advanced Facility from 1999 to 2005. In 2005, they became the Managing Director of Rieter Erkurt Turkey until 2011. Since then, they have held two roles at Autoneum, including Head of Manufacturing SAMEA starting in 2011, and they are currently the Head of Group Manufacturing Excellence from March 2013.

Dris Bouarfa completed their Master's degree in Industrial Organization & Change management from an undisclosed institution from 1997 to 1998. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Paris from 2004 to 2005.
