Dan Fairs

Dan Fairs has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Dan is currently the CTO and co-founder of Condense Reality since March 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Non-Executive Director at Inclusive Media Solutions LTD starting from August 2016. In October 2018, they became the Director of Neon Machines Ltd. From February 2019 to February 2021, they served as the Chair and Non-Executive Director at City to Sea. From May 2016 to July 2019, they were the Co-founder and CTO of Poli (Politech Ltd), where they were involved in technical backend development, product roadmap shaping, and business case development. Dan also worked as a Volunteer Mentor at Develop Me Training from January 2017 to January 2019, providing guidance and support to software engineering students. Additionally, they have experience as a Deputy CTO at Adarga Limited from July 2018 to October 2018. In the past, Dan Fairs worked at Twitter UK as an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer, responsible for team management, product development, and technical architecture. Dan was also a Technical Director and Founder of SecondSync Ltd., a TV analytics startup acquired by Twitter in April 2014, where they oversaw technical projects and team management.

Dan Fairs attended the University of Bristol from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Dan successfully completed their MEng program during this time.
