Jorge Costa, P.E.

Jorge Costa, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jorge started their career in 1993 as the CEO and Co-Founder of Corrosion Restoration Technologies, Inc. (CRT), where they focused on corrosion control to extend the useful life of infrastructure assets. In 2005, they became the President of the Corrosion Restoration Technologies Division at Structural Group, Inc. and served in this role until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, Jorge was the President of ElectroTech CP, LLC. In 2010, they joined STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES as the Vice President and Subject Matter Expert for Corrosion. Jorge held this position until 2017. In 2017, Jorge became the Principal Consultant at Durability, Inc. and is currently serving in this role. In 2019, they also took on the role of Chief Business Officer at Autonomic Materials, Inc. Jorge's expertise lies in corrosion control and they have contributed significantly to the field throughout their career.

Jorge Costa, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Cathodic Protection Specialist and Certified Corrosion Specialist from NACE International, The Worldwide Corrosion Authority. Jorge also holds an Engineering License - Corrosion from the California State Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists.
