Darren Herbst

Darren Herbst is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in developing autonomous solutions and PCB design. Currently serving at Autonomous Solutions, Inc. since June 2018, Darren specializes in creating guide programs for off-road vehicles utilizing the Danfoss electronic control product suite. In addition to current work, Darren has been self-employed since December 2015, focusing on PCB design for StreamDX, a Utah-based startup. Previous roles include a senior manufacturing engineer at Orbital ATK/Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included manufacturing processes for space launch systems, and an electrical engineer at John Deere, managing hardware for backhoe products. Darren's early experience included internships at CH2M-Washington Group Idaho, where design work was performed on electrical distribution systems. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
