Ebony B. is an experienced operations leader with a demonstrated history of supporting executive leadership across various organizations, including Subspace Labs as Head of Operations and as an Executive Business Partner to CEOs at CoinTracker and Protocol Labs. At Subspace Labs, Ebony is responsible for overseeing strategic operations and investor relations, while also managing organizational frameworks for sustainable growth. As a Curator and Blogger at The Assistant's List, Ebony promotes innovative learning for assistants. Previous roles include managing high-level projects and enhancing team cohesion at Twitch and Sephora, as well as developing impactful programs for at-risk youth at SLAM JAM Inc. Ebony holds a Chief of Staff Certification from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and completed coursework in Communication and Media Studies at Moorpark College.
