Sky McWilliams

Sky McWilliams is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in building and scaling People functions in startup environments. Currently serving as Head of People at Autonomys since April 2022, Sky previously held the position of Director of People at airCFO, where foundational processes and strategies were developed to support rapid growth. Prior experience includes serving as People Operations Manager at Protocol Labs, where the organization was scaled from 8 to over 120 remote team members. Sky's expertise encompasses remote work policies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance across international jurisdictions. Sky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Human Resource Certification from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as additional education from Cornell University.
