Michael Ferguson

Michael Ferguson LSSBB is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Training and Development at Summit Racing Equipment since June 2016, Michael has focused on establishing a dedicated training department and developing leadership training programs. Previously, as the Senior Manager of the Order Fulfillment Center at Summit Racing, leadership was provided for day-to-day operations. Prior experience at W.W. Grainger spanned two decades, where roles included Senior Continuous Improvement Manager, Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, and various Branch Manager positions, emphasizing operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Michael holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from More Steam University, earned in 2015, and completed Military Police School from 1981 to 1982.
