Plamen Gurov

Plamen Gurov is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as Managing Senior Software Engineer at Autoscribe Corporation since October 2012, where responsibilities include leading internal applications design and development and overseeing the Lyons Commercial Data development. Previous experience includes roles as Architect and Senior Software Developer at DrFirst, where Plamen was responsible for a secure HIPAA compliant messaging platform, and as Senior/Lead Software Developer at Celerity Innovation Center. Plamen also held various senior positions at Online Resources, including Sr. Manager Back Office Systems and Sr. Principal Software Engineer, focusing on architecture and implementation of back office systems. Early career experience includes software engineering with FORTE and Java EE at Ion Idea, ownership and architectural roles at Setcom Ltd., and engineering at Comicon. Plamen holds an MSE in Microelectronics from Technical University Sofia and a BE in Power Electronics from the Technical College of Electrotechnics.
