Aiden Carroll

Aiden Carroll is currently serving as a Customer Onboarding Instructor at Autosoft DMS since April 2022, while also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on penetration testing at the University of Arizona Global Campus. Previously, Aiden held roles in the automotive industry, including Automotive Service Advisor at Tesla from November 2018 to July 2021, where operational processes were redesigned to enhance vehicle service efficiency. Aiden also worked as a Service Coordinator at Blair Automotive and in various customer service roles, starting from Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's to Store Manager at Good Vapes, LLC, showcasing a strong background in customer relations, operations, and team training. Aiden holds education credentials from Collin College.
