Thomas Schmitzer is an experienced business professional and entrepreneur with a focus on operations and coaching. As the owner and head coach of Cornerstone Bjj since July 2023, Thomas has a strong background in business ownership, including roles as franchise owner for 1-800 Radiator & A/C and auto service and repair business owner since 2015. Thomas served as CEO of Schmitzer Industries, managing a family-owned business that acquired multiple locations of 1-800-Radiator & A/C. Prior experience includes significant roles at Emerson, where Thomas excelled as Plant Manager and Director of Operations Planning, achieving notable improvements in sales and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business and Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management, both from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
