Eugene Krashtan pursued their education starting in 1984 at the Kyiv College of Radioelectronics (KTRE), where they earned their B.Sc. degree in Computers Production in 1988. Eugene then went on to attend the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1991 to 1996. During this period, they obtained their M.Sc. degree in Computers and Networks.
