Eugene Krashtan

Eugene Krashtan has a diverse range of work experience. In 2022, they joined Autotalks as a Software Engineer. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they worked at LOCINOX as an Embedded Engineer, where they developed a Smart Lock security system using technologies such as BLE, NRF52, STM32, and iBeacon. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at GlobalLogic as a Lead Embedded C Engineer, focusing on virtualization in automotive controllers and utilizing Embedded Linux, Embedded Android, Virtualization, U-Boot, CAN, AUTOSAR, and NXP i.

Earlier in their career, Eugene worked at Anoto from 2014 to 2018 as a Programmer, contributing to the design of internal pen firmware and preparing test scripts. Eugene gained experience with FreeRTOS, C, Python, Freescale/NXP, Mediatek, Bluetooth, BLE, IAR, Eclipse, GCC, JTAG, Git, Gerrit, Confluence, and Jira during this time.

Other notable roles include Hardware Design Engineer at Jawbone in 2013, Programmer at CyberVision, Inc. from 2012 to 2013, and Programmer at Larch Networks from 2011 to 2012. Eugene also served as the Head of Departament at the Ministry of Transport from 2008 to 2010 and worked as a Winterer at the Antarctic Station "Vernadsky" from 2007 to 2008, providing technical support for geophysical and meteorological scientific researches. Throughout their career, Eugene has gained expertise in various programming languages, networking, and hardware design.

Eugene Krashtan pursued their education starting in 1984 at the Kyiv College of Radioelectronics (KTRE), where they earned their B.Sc. degree in Computers Production in 1988. Eugene then went on to attend the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1991 to 1996. During this period, they obtained their M.Sc. degree in Computers and Networks.
