Patrick McNeill has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Patrick began their career in 1990 as a Board Member at Vision 2000. Patrick then moved on to Quicklaw Inc., where they worked as an Account Executive from 1991 to 1997. From 1997 to 2001, they served as VP of Sales at Quicklaw, responsible for revenue and profitability targets and building a national sales team. Subsequently, McNeill joined LexisNexis Canada as VP of Sales, where they led revenue generation, sales strategy, and development of the sales force, preparing the division for post-acquisition integration. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as Director of Business Development at Frost & Sullivan, responsible for sales and marketing activity in the Canadian market. McNeill then joined FreshBooks in 2010, first as Director of Sales, and later as Sr. Director of Sales, steering committee member, and responsible for scaling the business through inside sales. Patrick continued their career at Gavel & Gown Software Inc. as Cloud Sales & Marketing Manager from 2013 to 2014, managing the complete funnel of a SaaS practice management solution. From 2014 to 2015, they served as Director of Customer Success at ClearFit, driving the company's unique technology that models attributes of top performers to help companies find similar traits in new hires. McNeill then joined Wild Apricot Inc. as Director of Customer Success from 2015 to 2017, before assuming their current role as Customer Success Lead at Auvenir in 2017.

Patrick McNeill attended York University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy & Administration.
