SAAJID NAWZER

Saajid Nawzer has a diverse work experience in various roles. SAAJID started their career in 2012 as a Fund Administrator at HSBC, where they worked until 2015. Then, they were promoted to the position of Fund Administration Supervisor and held the role until 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, Saajid worked as a Senior (Business) Test Analyst at HSBC, during which they played an active role in documenting requirements, maintaining traceability, and participating in Scrum/Agile rituals. SAAJID also contributed to developing business architecture and implementing automation of reporting.

In 2020, Saajid transitioned to the role of (Business) Test Lead, where they analyzed complex product solutions, collaborated with product teams, and mitigated risk factors. SAAJID also worked on creating test plans/scenarios and ensuring compliance with requirements.

From 2021 to 2022, Saajid joined Camms as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they owned the entire requirements management process, conducted demos and requirement elicitation sessions with clients, and contributed to end reviews and product/solution improvement.

Currently, Saajid is working as a Business System Analyst at Auvenir, where they collaborate with the product and development teams to advance the company's mission, contribute to achieving its vision, and improve its products and business performance.
